Job summary
Pacific Life in Newport Beach (and Omaha, NE or Charlotte, NC) is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver role-based onboarding and classroom training for Life and Annuity operations. You will join a 10-person Operations Training team, collaborating with Instructional Designers and Technology partners to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience for new hires.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Life/Annuities operations with training exposure, strong facilitation and communication
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of Annuities or Life Operations experience with peer training
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and learning management systems
- FINRA Series 6 registration within 3 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding for Production and Customer Service teams between Technology and Operations
- Facilitate engaging virtual classroom training for Annuity or Life products
- Gauge learner progress and share trainee performance with leaders
- Maintain training calendar and records, prep materials, ensure participant access
- Update content using feedback and audit data with Instructional Designers
