Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Intermediate CRM software preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fuel and trucking industry preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of company products and offerings.
• Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area.
• Applies understanding of business drivers.
• Responsible for providing guidance for colleagues with less experience.
• Solves problems in straightforward situations.
• This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and training for new Sales representatives on sales techniques, procedures, sales technology, and customer service best practices.
• Conduct dynamic training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to foster engagement and skill application.
• Maintain team member training records
• Collect feedback to improve training programs and measure impact on sales performance.
• Follow the training curriculum as assigned.
