Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training and development.
• Five (5) years of aviation-specific experience preferred.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and implement training programs to improve employee performance, knowledge, and capabilities.
• Identify training needs with department leaders and support onboarding and continued development.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations and handouts, and facilitate sessions.
• Apply adult learning principles to create effective training experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements based on feedback and results.
• Collaborate across departments to identify current and future training requirements and forecast needs.
• Manage and maintain the training budget and resources.
• Utilize e-learning platforms and training software to support initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and training practices.
