Job summary

Tribe Wellness seeks a Training Quality Specialist to support new Sales Representatives through training and certification. You will be the main point of contact for trainees, review simulated AI agent calls, provide targeted coaching, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role emphasizes timely responsiveness during training hours, delivering actionable coaching, and escalating concerns when needed to maintain high training quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, sales quality assurance, call-center quality, training, or coaching.
• Strong written communication skills with ability to give clear, specific, actionable feedback.
• Understands the sales process including call structure, discovery, objection handling, and closing.
• Experience evaluating calls or performance against a scorecard or quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for new hires during training hours and guide on processes and resources.
• Review AI Agent simulated calls and evaluate performance against quality standards.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback after simulated call reviews.
• Assign targeted One Thing Trainings based on coaching opportunities.
• Monitor trainee progress across training, calls, certifications, and coaching tasks.
• Identify trainees needing extra support and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure coaching feedback is reviewed and applied to future attempts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of trainee progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Quality & Compliance to identify training improvements.
