Job summary

Housebuildr Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Manager in Los Angeles to lead a team of trainers and support, mentor, and motivate them to build a successful, high-performing sales force. You will oversee training new hires, monitor performance, and address disciplinary actions as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience in both training and sales, strong communication skills, and a background in leadership. Solar background is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales training is preferred.
• Prior management and leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail is required.
• Strong organizational skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of sales training professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership.
• Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for your team.
• Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team.
• Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget.
• Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed.

You will also handle training new team members, tracking their performance and any disciplinary actions as needed.
