Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of L & D experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training to improve sales team efficiency.
• Review leasing activity to identify training opportunities.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Yardi CRM IQ.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Google Suite

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

2+ years of Learning & Development experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
