Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to own the full onboarding lifecycle for our Sales & Leasing teams. You’ll design curriculum, facilitate training, and coordinate logistics to accelerate time‑to‑performance across the U.S. hub network.

The role requires 2–4 years in learning & development or sales training, strong facilitation, and travel approximately every three weeks to support in‑person delivery. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in learning & development, sales training, or property management training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires in Sales & Leasing.
• Design and maintain onboarding curriculum, facilitator guides, and learner resources.
• Coordinate cohort logistics, communications, and learning systems administration.
• Partner with sales leaders to reinforce learning in the field and drive performance.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training with engaging, high‑impact methods.
• Evaluate onboarding effectiveness via metrics, feedback, and observations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, People Ops, and L&D leadership.
• Stay current on operations to evolve training programs accordingly.
