Timberland Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Elwood Apartment Homes in Shakopee, MN.

This on-site role handles leasing, marketing the community, and delivering an outstanding customer experience to residents and prospects. You will tour the property, update availability, process leases and renewals, respond to resident requests, and participate in marketing efforts; the schedule runs Monday to Friday with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ years in a sales oriented role; on-site leasing experience or related experience preferred.
• Superior sales ability; proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assist with questions and paperwork.
• Tour the property and present available apartments.
• Update apartment availability reports as needed.
• Process leases, renewals, and related documents.
• Listen to resident requests and comments; support events.
• Assist in distributing marketing information.
