Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2C in home remodeling direct sales.
- 2+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, leadership, or facilitation.
- Experience leading engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a track record of improving performance.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and sales/training technology tools.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate our immersive 3-week New Hire Sales Training Program.
- Coach and develop new and existing sales team members through roleplays, in-field observations, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
- Become a subject matter expert in our products, systems, customer experience standards, and proven sales methodology.
- Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify development opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions with energy and professionalism.
- Measure training effectiveness through reporting, performance metrics, and feedback analysis.
- Help innovate and evolve training programs to support company growth and scalability.
- Manage classroom logistics including schedules, materials, rosters, communication, and training coordination.
- Inspire others to embrace learning, coaching, and personal development.
