Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Sales Trainer to support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of Sales Representatives and Sales Consultants in the assigned market. The role collaborates with Sales Operations Managers to drive recruiting, onboarding, revenue targets, and customer experience metrics.

The role requires 2+ years of direct sales experience and 1+ year of training/coaching experience, with travel within the market and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in direct selling/outside sales or related field.
• 1+ years in training/coaching outside sales reps.
• Ability to translate training docs into practical applications.
• Willingness to travel within the market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement coaching/training plans aligned to market goals.
• Ensure reps meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Support in-field training and development of reps.
• Identify development opportunities and provide feedback to management.
• Identify process gaps and advocate for sales process improvements.
• Conduct in-person training sessions and ride-alongs as needed.
• Provide training on new technology platforms to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Travel 10–25% within the market.
