- Works collaboratively with department leadership, subject matter experts, and the executive team to; design, develop, evaluate, and implement learning solutions specific for employees based on their role and position.
- Reviews existing training programs and suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the sales organization.
- Develop training materials, e-learning modules, and sales playbooks that support continuous learning.
- Travels with new hire reps as part of the New Hire training curriculum and provides coaching and feedback on their progress.
- Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lectures, simulations, and videos.
- Effectively incorporates new methods of learning, instructional techniques, and instructional technologies to develop exciting and compelling learning solution that align with sales organizational strategy.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Open to feedback and continuously improving training programs.
- Flexible in adapting training to different sales roles and challenges.
- Ability to mentor and support both new and experienced sales reps.
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Assess individual and team sales performance to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met.
- Assures incorporation of changes in regulations, rules, laws, agency policies, procedures and best practices and expectations into training curriculum.
- Tracks successful training completion by employees including maintaining required documentation.
- Manages storage of all sales training materials with a focus on sustainability and use of electronic mediums.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent field.
- Anatomical Pathology experience highly preferred
- Extensive sales experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales leadership, preferably in a B2B or high-growth environment.
- Must be able to travel 30-50%
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Proven ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
- Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge positive professional relationships with subordinates, peers, and senior management.
- Skilled in use of computer and software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Skilled in time management and multi-tasking.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively speak in front of groups of co-workers and vendors.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent as well as to draw and interpret graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, freight, and percentages.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Demonstrated customer problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and perform primary functions of positions within department.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking; bending; pushing; pulling; sitting for extended periods of time at a desk using a computer, phone and headset; and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
- Position spends approximately 90% of time sitting at a desk and 10% standing or walking.
- Ability to manage stress.
- May work remotely from home office but required to report to corporate office from time to time as requested.
- Must be able to work on time on a regular basis during regular business hours.
- Must possess a current, valid drivers’ license for state of residence.
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to computers and general office equipment at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May occasionally be required to work, walk, and interact in other environments such as a warehouse or production facility where the noise level is high.
Salary Range for this position is $82k-$105k with a potential 5% yearly bonus.
