Job summary

HyperHired LLC is seeking a high-energy Sales Trainer to hit pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections. You will own the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned, driving a fast-moving sales process.

You’ll visit job sites to scope equipment needs, compare price of replacements versus service contracts, and bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, and competitor activity — to the weekly team huddle.

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$250K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $250K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
