HyperHired LLC is seeking a driven sales professional to own the full sales cycle from discovery through close and handoff. You will hit daily activity targets that build toward monthly quota and coordinate with operations on inspections and installations.

You will bring back field intel to weekly team huddles, shaping strategy and pricing discussions. Expect earnings progression: median around $144K annually by month 6, with top performers exceeding $500K+ in year one as you establish

• Proven ability to meet activity targets and close deals.

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Experienced in industry
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
