Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and maintain relationships with both large and small format stores. The role serves as a training program to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role, with route coverage for ASM during vacations and other absences.

Participants will train with ASMs, learn daily priorities, and may interview for open ASM roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and in-route support to improve KPI metrics.
• Assist with audits, building displays and merchandising to drive sales.
• Train with ASMs and prepare for potential promotion to ASM.
