Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, or projects. You will learn to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all stores, while upholding Red Bull executional standards.

As a trainee you will train with ASMs, gain a foundation in brand and products, and be prepared to interview for Account Sales Manager roles upon successful completion and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and displays.
• Travel 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off premise stores.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
• Train with ASMs and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand and products.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
