Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) during vacations, sickness, or special projects.

The program prepares the ST for potential ASM roles and emphasizes relations with customers, merchandising, and operations. The trainee will learn brand standards, execute daily plans, and assist with audits and merchandising to drive sales across large & small format stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid US Driver’s License and the DOT Medical card are required.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during absences or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Learn Red Bull brand standards and in-store execution.
• Cover ASM routes and meet daily KPI on sales, distributions, pricing, and displays.
