Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations and absences. You will work to maintain relationships across large and small format off-premise stores, delivering service to standards while staying safe and professional.

This training role leads to interviews for open ASM positions after program completion.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Role is a training position to prepare for the Account Sales Manager role.
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM when needed.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
