Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee training role designed to prepare the trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. The trainee will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during absences.

The program emphasizes building customer relationships and adherence to Red Bull executional standards. Upon successful completion, the trainee may interview for ASM roles; the program may extend up to 12 months with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license required and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner in line with Red Bull standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and assist in in-store execution and merchandising.
