Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Grand Rapids, MI offers a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. The trainee supports sales initiatives, provides route coverage for the ASM during vacations or special projects, and strengthens relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for both large and small format stores.

Upon completion of the program and certification, the trainee may interview for open ASM roles.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off premise stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with RB executional standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI focusing on sales, distributions, pricing and merchandising.
• Assist in audits, displays building and merchandising to drive sales.
