Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers when needed. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for both large and small format stores, while maintaining Red Bull executional standards.

As a trainee, you will participate in a program with potential interview opportunities for ASM roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations or absences.
• Develop customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for stores.
• In-store execution and audits to ensure Red Bull standards.
• Cover ASM routes and meet daily KPIs for sales and merchandising.
• Assist with displays, merchandising and pricing as needed.
