Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support Account Sales Managers, maintain customer relationships, and cover routes during vacations or absences. You will work with management to service stores and uphold Red Bull standards.

As a training role, it offers learning opportunities in sales execution, route coverage, and in-store merchandising, with a path to interview for ASM roles upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Obtain tools to execute the daily plan and communicate priorities.
• Support ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities and train with ASMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet KPI targets on sales, distributions, pricing, display, and new accounts.
• Assist audits and building of displays to drive sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
