Medix is seeking a Sales Trainee to launch a career in recruitment and sales, with a clear training path to become an Account Executive. You will learn the Medix recruiting process, source candidates, conduct interviews, and contribute to meeting weekly quotas.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Source and identify qualified candidates using diverse channels.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, virtual interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly performance quotas for screenings, interviews, reference checks, and resume submissions.
• Generate and pursue sales leads to expand business opportunities.
• Shadow account executives during client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
• Take part in ongoing coaching sessions, role plays, and weekly progress meetings.
