Medix is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn healthcare staffing sales and recruiting foundations, gaining hands-on experience with candidates and client relationships. You will shadow and learn from experienced leaders, with a clear path to an Account Executive role guiding client partnerships and hiring solutions.

You'll be evaluated on recruiting performance, sales development, and client engagement, with base salary, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet weekly quotas and targets.
• Interest in healthcare staffing and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the Medix recruiting and sales process.
• Identify qualified candidates and build client relationships.
• Support sales team with outreach, screening, and scheduling.
• Conduct cold calls and set meetings to build territory.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and developing a territory plan.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account executives to drive results.
