Medix is offering a Sales Trainee program designed to build a foundation in recruitment and sales. You’ll progress toward an Account Executive role through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on recruiting and sales exposure.

You’ll learn the recruiting process, source candidates, conduct screens and interviews, and develop territory plans while meeting weekly quotas. The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and client engagement.

Aufgaben

• Learn the fundamentals of the Medix recruiting process.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using diverse channels.
• Evaluate candidates through screens, interviews, and assessments.
• Meet and exceed weekly quotas for screenings and interviews.
• Generate and pursue sales leads to expand business opportunities.
• Participate in coaching and role plays to improve skills.
• Shadow account executives to gain client-facing experience.
• Negotiate and manage client contracts to ensure mutual value.
