Job summary

Earnest & Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to learn our sales process, develop product knowledge, and gain hands-on experience with prospective and existing clients.

This role is approximately 70% sales and 30% customer service, requiring a team player who is coachable, takes initiative, and communicates well. You will obtain the required professional license within 90 days of hire and participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on new sales leads
• Learn and follow our sales process under the guidance of experienced team members
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Learn to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Use the company's customer management system to document leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up
• Track opportunities and maintain timely, consistent follow-up with prospects
• Assist existing clients with service and account needs
• Participate in training and coaching and apply feedback to improve performance
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and company goals
• Obtain the required professional license within 90 days of hire
