Responsibilities

• Rotates through yard operations, production, dispatch/delivery, and inside sales to learn outside sales responsibilities.
• Accompanies Outside Sales Reps or Sales Manager on customer calls to gain experience.
• Performs inside sales/counter duties and processing orders; supports take-offs and sales calls.
• Helps with outside sales tasks, including order processing and obtaining signatures.
• Sets and tracks personal performance goals and completes assigned sales training.
