Job summary

Medix, a national leader in workforce solutions across healthcare, life sciences, and technology, is seeking a Sales Trainee in Philadelphia. You will learn recruitment and sales foundations, gain hands-on experience, and progress into an Account Executive role with guidance from seasoned professionals.

You’ll source candidates, conduct screens and interviews, build client relationships, and develop territory plans while meeting weekly quotas and advancing your product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed.
• Proven initiative and the ability to self-motivate.
• Multitasking and time‑management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of the Medix recruiting process.
• Source and identify qualified candidates across diverse channels.
• Evaluate candidates via phone screens, virtual interviews, and references.
• Meet weekly quotas for screenings, interviews, and resume submissions.
• Generate and pursue sales leads to expand opportunities.
• Engage in weekly progress meetings to improve product knowledge and recruitment strategies.
• Shadow account executives during client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
