You will resolve concerns and keep customer records current to help drive smooth project starts. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for homebuilding.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage potential customers at the Design Center.
• Provide guidance on customization options and answer inquiries.
• Keep the Design Center and models in top condition.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate and current customer information for the sales team.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure prompt construction start times.
