Tilson Homes in San Marcos seeks a Sales Trainee to join our design-center and sales team. You will welcome customers, guide them through customization options, and maintain our display models with professionalism.

You will resolve concerns and keep customer records current to help drive smooth project starts. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for homebuilding.

As a Sales Trainee at Tilson Homes, you will work alongside our sales team to bring our customers' dream homes to life. Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.

Requirements

• Address and resolve customer concerns in a respectful manner
• Maintain accurate and current customer information for our sales team
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt construction start times for our customers

Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an hourly role paying $20 to $22.50 per hour depending on experience.
