Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee. You’ll enroll in a 12-month training program combining field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. Travel 80–100% during training with overnight stays.

After completion, you relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, selling automotive software, marketing services, and related products. You will build relationships, meet quotas, and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills required.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record per policy.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.
