Responsibilities of the Sales Trainee
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to customers daily.
  • Meet with customers regularly to review options and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Observe company operations to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Respond to inquiries, maintain records, build rapport, and suggest improvements to increase sales.
  • Execute field sales campaigns and collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
  • Work assigned territories to maximize customer acquisitions and market share.
  • Attend weekly training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
