Summary

As a Management Trainee, you will have an 18–24-month comprehensive training program designed to develop and prepare you for a management and/or professional career within the Company. This position is based within the inside sales and customer service teams to provide a broad-based exposure to our product lines as well as the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Learning Sales Processes: Understand the company's sales cycle, and customer relationship management.
  • Assisting Sales Teams: Support senior sales representatives with client outreach, follow-ups, and proposal preparation.
  • Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings or calls to observe and eventually handle customer inquiries and sales negotiations.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecasting data.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively support the sales pitch.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and refining sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Training and Development: Attend workshops and mentoring sessions to build skills in persuasion, negotiation, and client management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a high growth environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours depending upon business needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timetables
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Open to transfer into another position as defined above with possible relocation
