This is a customer service-based retail sales position, perfect for individuals looking to build a career in sales while providing top-tier service to customers. Position Overview:
As a Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive, fully paid training to equip you with the tools and skills needed to succeed in our industry. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and a passion for achieving both personal and team goals. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts while developing professionally in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure
  • Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients
  • Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques
  • Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily
  • Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce
  • Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers

Candidate Qualities:

Qualifications and Skills Desired:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment or related field.

  • High school or college graduates preferred.
