As a Management Trainee, you will undergo an 18–24-month comprehensive training program designed to develop and prepare you for a management and/or professional career within the company. This position is based within the inside sales and customer service teams to provide broad exposure to our product lines and the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn sales processes, understand the company's sales cycle, and manage customer relationships.
• Support senior sales representatives with client outreach, follow-ups, and proposal preparation.
• Participate in client meetings or calls to observe and handle customer inquiries and sales negotiations.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecasting data.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to support sales pitches.
• Assist in developing and refining sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Attend workshops and mentoring sessions to build skills in persuasion, negotiation, and client management.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth sales operations.

Qualifications
