Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a driven sales assistant to deepen product knowledge and understand customer needs. You will build relationships with new and existing clients, identify sales opportunities, and support the sales team with proposals, pricing, and order processing.

Based in Fort Wayne, IN, this role blends office and field work, requiring local travel to customer sites. You will learn proven sales strategies and contribute to growth in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
