Job summary

Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is seeking a high-performing In-Home Design Consultant with proven success selling bath, kitchen, windows, or other residential remodeling products. You’ll meet with homeowners in their homes, understand remodeling needs, create custom designs, and guide them through the design and purchasing process.

This role offers growth into a Sales Manager position, supported by an advanced iPad-based design system and ongoing training.

• Strong closing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.

About the Role

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their remodeling needs, create customized bath solutions, and guide them through the design and purchasing process.

You’ll use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create professional presentations and personalized bathroom designs that make it easy for homeowners to visualize their completed project.

This role is ideal for an experienced closer who is ready to produce at a high level today while developing into a future sales leader.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
