Job Opening: Outside Sales Territory Manager at Crafco, Inc.

Crafco, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to cover the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Position Details:

  • Full-time sales professional with a strong base salary, bonus potential, and profit sharing.
  • Company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone provided.
  • Travel frequently within the territory, visiting customers and developing new business.

Qualifications:

  • Outside sales experience, with government contract and bid experience a plus.
  • Minimum two years in pavement or bridge maintenance, construction, asphalt, concrete, chemicals, or related fields.
  • Experience selling equipment or familiarity with construction equipment sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience.
