Job summary

The Orthopaedic Implant Company is seeking a Sales Team Member in Miami, FL to drive patient value by presenting our value proposition to facilities and surgeons. You will craft a regional business plan and execute it in collaboration with the head of sales and senior management.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in orthopaedic implants sales, a track record of closing new business, and a focus on details. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants.
• Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers.
• Detail focused; include the word 'success' in the subject line of your application.
• Personally affected change in culture and/or performance for previous employers’ organizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Job Description

Your job will be to work towards the success of patients and our customers. As part of the team, you will create and execute a business plan for your region. You are the ruler of your domain, supported by and working directly with our head of sales and senior management.
