Job summary

The Orthopaedic Implant Company in Seattle, WA is looking for a Sales Team Member to improve value for patients and customers.

You will create and execute a business plan while working closely with management to succeed in your territory. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of sales experience in orthopaedic trauma or spine implants.

This position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, allowances, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Job Description

Your job will be to work towards the success of patients and our customers. As part of the team, you will create and execute a business plan for your region. You are the ruler of your domain, supported by and working directly with our head of sales and senior management.

Experience and Skill Set

• 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
• Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers
• Demonstrated that they are detail focused by putting the word success on the subject line of your application
• Personally affected change in culture and/or performance for previous employers’ organizations
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
