• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver positive customer experiences and sales.
• Develop and implement strategies for promotional and grassroot events.
• Collaborate with store operations for floor sets, pricing, replenishment, and recovery.
• Plan weekly leadership workloads and align associate schedules with traffic plans.
• Build team knowledge and champion ongoing training for service and operations.
• Set priorities and coach through performance reviews and feedback.
• Drive retention and engagement, celebrating store achievements and activities.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding to build bench strength.
• Manage shortage control and inventory accuracy with asset protection standards.
• Oversee onboarding experience and ensure timely completion.
