• Participate in leadership planning and schedule alignment with HR.
• Build team knowledge and champion ongoing training.
• Set priorities and coach performance for improvement.
• Foster retention, celebrate achievements, and reinforce culture.
• Assist in filling positions and onboarding; manage onboarding.
• Oversee inventory control and asset protection standards.
