Belk is seeking a Sales Team Manager in Chattanooga to lead a sales team, drive store profitability, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role focuses on coaching associates in selling techniques, executing successful store events, and maintaining an appealing store environment.

In this exempt position, you will collaborate with store leaders to optimize performance, promote memorable shopping experiences, and build customer loyalty. A monthly bonus eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years in retail leadership with customer service focus.
• Ability to manage and coach a team to hit sales metrics.
• Experience planning and executing store events and promotions.

Responsabilités

• Owns objectives and drives key metrics with the team.
• Inspires and motivates the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develops strategies for promotional and grassroot events, overseeing clienteling and omnichannel efforts.
• Collaborates with operations on floor sets, pricing, replenishment and inventory tasks.
• Participates in leadership planning and aligns schedules with business needs.
• Builds team knowledge through training and coaching.
• Sets priorities, monitors performance, and conducts development conversations.
• Drives retention and engagement through recognition and culture.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and asset protection compliance.
