Job summary

American Eagle in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader to drive daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will partner with Store Team Leader to execute business strategies, manage merchandising, and uphold brand standards across salesfloor and fitting rooms.

You will coach and develop associates to meet sales goals, while maintaining store visual standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
