American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader for our Rehoboth Beach, DE location.

You will be the go-to leader for developing and implementing the store business strategy and daily operations, coaching a team of sales associates to deliver an unforgettable guest experience, and achieving sales goals while upholding brand standards. You will drive performance as a Leader on Duty, lead talent development, and execute daily store operations with a focus on profitability

Qualifications

• Led teams in a retail management role previously.
• Multi-tasking with strong time management and detail orientation.
• Knowledge of employment law.
• Business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Be a people leader, coaching and motivating your team to meet AEO customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and develop your team to provide outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, conduct development plans and performance reviews, and drive associate engagement by celebrating success.
• Execute and innovate daily store operations, maintain brand standards across all zones, and ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
