Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Durham, NC to support the Store Leadership Team in running daily operations and delivering a best-in-class guest experience. You will lead LOD shifts, coach associates, drive sales, and uphold AEO standards across merchandising and service.

You will recruit and train staff, monitor KPI performance, and ensure the store is guest-ready with strong visual standards while prioritizing safety and asset protection.
