Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in sales may be considered.
• Proven track record of successful sales leadership, with strong skills in sales strategy and team management.
• Employment history demonstrating use of sales/marketing platforms, internet and CRM to resolve customer issues and complete reports.
• Strong mathematical skills for financial records and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Supervise daily activities of sales representatives; provide training and guidance.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve results.
• Engage with key clients to drive growth and repeat business.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
