• Create a fun, engaging environment and transform guests into loyal customers.
• Resolve guest issues and ordering errors with other managers and departments.
• Curate and maintain a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Identify training needs and provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance.
• Support money handling and financing processes and follow established protocols.
