Bruegge and Co is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Sales Manager in elevating team performance and guiding a dynamic sales team. You will help customers create beautiful homes by leading, coaching, and modeling excellent sales behaviors.

You will build trust with guests, drive performance, and contribute to a collaborative store culture, with emphasis on training, scheduling, and guest satisfaction. This role offers growth opportunities within Ashley Family stores nationwide.

• Resolve guest issues and ordering errors with other managers and departments.
• Curate and maintain a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.

• Support money handling and financing processes and follow established protocols.

The Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll assist the Sales Manager in driving the development, performance, and overall success of the sales team. Your role includes:

• Being a sale role model for team members.
• Assisting in managing all aspects of sales performance, including team oversight, scheduling, development, training, and coaching.
• Building trust and rapport with customers, guiding them through purchase decisions with confidence.
• Creating a fun, engaging environment and transforming store guests into loyal customers.
• Resolving guest issues, reselections, and ordering errors by partnering with the other managers and departments.
• Curating and maintaining a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Identifying training and development needs and providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance.
• Assisting in directing the sales team and exceeding monthly store goals by coaching and mentoring sales professionals to meet their performance targets.
• Contributing to a supportive, success-driven team culture.
• Submitting precise orders, following established protocols adhering to money handling processes, supporting customers with credit applications and financing matters.
