Bruegge and Co is hiring a Sales Consultant in Bloomington, IL to deliver exceptional in-store experiences while guiding customers through our furniture selection. You’ll cultivate client relationships, drive repeat and referral business, and help shoppers find solutions that fit their needs.

With an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication, you’ll contribute to a high-energy team, pursue sales goals, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, furniture, or real estate is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products. Your role includes:

• Client Relationship Management – Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.
