Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record and insurance as required
• Ability to repetitively lift 25–50 lbs and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs
• Other projects or duties as assigned
